Scope of Application

Payment Methods

For customer convenience, the Company supports the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer Payment

• Customers can pay by bank transfer using the account information provided by An Phu Vinh Wood Co., Ltd. in the quotation, contract, or order.
• After transferring the money, please notify the Company so that we can confirm and process your order promptly.

Contract Payment

For large orders or custom-made orders, the payment method and schedule will be agreed upon by both parties in the contract, which may include:

• Deposit Payment.
• Payment Schedule
• Payment before delivery
• Payment after completion of delivery as agreed

Payment Timing

• Payment will be made according to the quotation, order, or contract signed between the two parties.
• Production and delivery will commence after the customer fulfills their payment obligations according to the agreed terms, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Confirmation

The order is considered complete when:

• The company confirms receipt of the full amount as agreed.
• The payment is credited to the company's account or confirmed according to the agreed payment method.
• In case of any discrepancies in transfer information, the customer should immediately contact the company for assistance in checking and resolving the issue.

Invoices and Documents

An Phu Vinh Wood Co., Ltd. issues invoices and documents in accordance with current laws and regulations.

Customers are kindly requested to provide complete invoicing information (if required) before completing the transaction to ensure accurate invoicing.

Payment Notes

• Customers should carefully check payment information before making a transfer.
• The transfer details should clearly state the order code, customer name, or contract number for easy verification.
• Do not make payments to personal accounts or accounts not officially confirmed by An Phu Vinh Wood Co., Ltd.
