Warranty Policy

Scope of application

The warranty policy applies to products directly manufactured and supplied by An Phu Vinh Wood Co., Ltd., including:

• LVL engineered plywood.
• Commercial plywood.
• Film-faced plywood.
• Packaging plywood.
• Other products manufactured or distributed by the company.

Warranty conditions

The product will be considered for warranty service if it meets all of the following conditions:

• The product was purchased directly from An Phu Vinh Wood Co., Ltd. or through its authorized dealers and distribution partners.
• Defects arise due to the manufacturing process or quality issues with raw materials.
• The product is still within the warranty period as agreed upon in the contract between the two parties.
• The customer must provide complete invoices, purchase documents, or other relevant papers to verify the product's origin.

Cases not covered under warranty

The warranty policy does not apply in the following cases:

• The product is damaged due to improper use or misuse.
• Damage caused by storage in humid, waterlogged, high-temperature, or unsuitable conditions.
• The product is affected by natural disasters, fire, strong impacts, or other external factors.
• The product has been repaired, cut, processed, or its structure altered without the Company's consent.
• Natural wear and tear during use or the inherent properties of the wood material.

Warranty type

Depending on the actual condition of the product, An Phu Vinh Wood Co., Ltd. will apply one of the following methods:

• Inspect and assess the cause of the fault.
• Repair or rectify the technical fault (if possible).
• Replace the product with a new one in cases where the fault is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect.
• Agree on a suitable solution to ensure the customer's rights are protected.

Warranty claim process

When requesting warranty service, please follow these steps:

• Provide information about your order, and images or videos showing the product's condition.
• The company will receive the information and conduct an inspection to verify the cause.
